Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British composer and singer. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. He was born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on 1 February 1994, he's the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles attended the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive school, where, with three other students, he created the group he was a part of, White Eskimo. The group won the Battle of Bands in 2009 with their amazing shows. He was always interested for music. He always wanted to become the next lawyer or physical therapist. He worked for a time at a small-scale bakery located in his hometown to help to support his family financially. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition where he sang the Stevie Wonder's track Is not She Lovely. The reason for this is that his group broke up. Nicole Scherzinger proposed to Harry Styles that he become part of a new band, One Direction. The other members were Liam Payne Zayn Mallik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. The formation of the group was a fact in 2010 and the five members were sponsored by Simon Cowell. The group performed Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Be Sucky Without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart at the time of the competition. This helped them to become among the leaders. They ended up the third spot behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle. Even though Harry Styles and his group didn't win, Cowell made a payment of 2 million pounds to One Direction to sign with the Syco music label.
