Sheryl Underwood, a American comedian and television host popular as the host for The Talk, a popular talk show that airs on daytime TV. Born in Arkansas She was raised in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is from the same family which has experienced a lot of problems. She was a troubled child. growing up taking care of her older sister Frankie who suffered from polio. When she was a kid, her relations with her mother were not always smooth. Sheryl stated that in one instance, her mother had stabbed one of the parents to her son because she had been a little too closer to her. Sheryl was a soldier soon after she graduated her college. However, her love for comedy was always there. She was the first woman to win the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. In 1992, she made her TV debut as a regular on the HBO show Def Comedy Jam. She also appeared in 2000 as a host on the TV program Oh Drama! Since 2011, she has been a cohost of the Talk Show. She has played in fictional show like Bulworth Nikki, Beauty Shop and others.
